Board of Directors
YOFES Board of Directors consist of a multidisciplinary group of stakeholders, most of them grew up in Boston, experienced first hand the saga of new immigrant life in the inner city, and are now contributing their time generously for the construction of YOFES.Several of them live in, or work in the community as school teachers, church members, youth leaders, small business owners, accountants, lawyers, administrators, consumers, community leaders, or staff at other private and public agencies.
Parents Participation:
OAMEC is governed by a Program coordinator and a Board composed of parents of children in the program. The parents oversee the program, encourage parents participation and are in charge of community liaison. They provide support for the program in the forms of parents support groups, car pool and coordination of local performance.
