YOFES Board of Directors consist of a multidisciplinary group of stakeholders, most of them grew up in Boston, experienced first hand the saga of new immigrant life in the inner city, and are now contributing their time generously for the construction of YOFES. Several of them live in, or work in the community as school teachers, church members, youth leaders, small business owners, accountants, lawyers, administrators, consumers, community leaders, or staff at other private and public agencies.
